Haven for Hero's, is an IRS approved 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, organized and operated by veterans exclusively to improve the lives of veterans and their families by providing housing and a pathway to homeownership for homeless and low-income veterans.

All private loans are guaranteed by the property with mortgage deeds, full coverage property insurance and promissory note. When we flip a home, we repay our private lenders their loan with interest. Then we use a balance of the profits to customize and build houses to donate to injured veterans and their families. Investors need not to donate money to help us achieve our objectives - they earn a profit by helping us donate homes.

With cash from our investors, we buy and repair houses, then we place them back on the market or refinanced and leased long term to a low income veteran family
Once we flip a house, we pay our investors back with interest, giving them a solid return on a sound investment
Homebuyers of the flipped house gets a quality home. We get the cash needed to buy and retrofit houses for donated to a wounded warrior sold to low income veteran.
